CATALYST is a series of conversational interviews sponsored by the office for career and alumni success that helps students shape the world around them by spotlighting real companies and their journey — both the success and struggles — to a more inclusive, equitable workplace. CATALYST also offers students the unique opportunity to ask questions directly to and brainstorm action steps with professionals from the art and design world.
