About this Event
SCAD alum Blythe Leonard (B.F.A., fashion, 2015) shares her entrepreneurial journey, from 10-year-old jewelry designer to founding her eponymous leather goods brand and her retail space, BL Maker’s Market, which supports 170-plus American makers. Each of Leonard’s bespoke goods uses the highest quality leather, with detailed attention to color and patterning. Her studio is based in a former textile dye warehouse once owned by her great-grandfather, and, working alongside her mother, she continues her family’s enterprising legacy, dedicating herself fully to her craft and to supporting other makers.
