About this Event
A design visionary without creative limits, Natasha Baradaran shares her latest ventures in product and textile design and offers insight on how she’s grown her full-service studio to become one of the most coveted luxury home brands in the country. Based in the heart of the La Cienega Design Quarter, Baradaran fuses European design traditions, Middle Eastern arts, and the laid-back luxury of LA living.
For her first product design venture in 2014, Baradaran took a narrative approach to creating a collection. She has released subsequent notable collections such as ANDRO, which inventively subverts traditional gender roles placed on materiality and form. In 2020, Baradaran debuted a lace-inspired textile collection, continuing her interest in creating work that is free from the gender binary. Her work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, and W Magazine, among others. Follow @natashabaradaran on Instagram.
