For Delta Air Lines, Meghan Preiss (B.F.A., industrial design, 2017; B.F.A., service design, 2017) develops strategies that prioritize the customer experience and infuse design thinking into the corporate culture. Hear how she navigates big picture ideas and complex details, and provides new paths for future generations to impact the world around them, a mission that led her to become the youngest board member of the World Design Organization. Previously as a U.S. representative in WDO’s inaugural Young Designers Circle, Preiss worked with global communities to elevate design education and gender equality initiatives. As a design researcher and strategist, she has also worked with companies like LEGO, BMW, Honda, and Ford.
