Come indulge your senses in a mindfulness practice in the Boundary St. Community Garden (by the mail center). We will discuss why mindfulness can help with stress and anxiety and practice some fun ways you can use your senses to help bring about calm and being in the here and now…..with a little help from our plant friends!
