In this workshop, students will learn the basic concepts of gold plating, depositing a thin layer of gold onto other metals. Note: Attendees may bring a ring of their own as a test piece (non-ferrous metal with no stones and/or embedded objects). Disclaimer: Gold plating may fail; do not bring an item of great value.
