Start your day with movement to boost your energy and focus! Learn how to stay fit in your room using only your body. No equipment needed! We begin each session with breath work to tune into how you're feeling in order to gauge your own energy level and decide how intense you wish to move through the movements to get your blood flowing and to feel connected with your body!

Supplies needed by participants:
Proper exercise clothing, Water bottle, Towel
