About this Event
668 Indian St., Savannah, Georgia
Join Professors Oden and Bartone for this exciting all day event! Students will continue to draw on linoleum blocks and learn traditional print techniques. Large scale laser-cut blocks will be printed with a steam roller press in the parking lot of Alexander Hall. Various blocks pre-prepared will be available for participants to ink and develop prints pressed with an industrial steam roller. The steam roller mimics large scale press techniques and will be a lively and robust introduction/engagement with the relief mono-printing process. This will be great creative fun exploring relief printmaking, composition, and layering color! Be prepared to be involved!
