Dive into all things Legally Blonde — including the inside story on "bend and snap" — with acclaimed screenwriter Karen McCullah, in conversation with SCAD chair of writing Averie Stork, and discover how the classic film continues to shine in the pop culture spotlight 20 years after its release.

McCullah co-wrote pop culture classics Legally Blonde, 10 Things I Hate About You, Ella Enchanted, She's the Man, The House Bunny, and The Ugly Truth, and adapted the novel Angel, Angel into the indie dramedy Crazy Kind of Love. McCullah contributed to Girls Trip, the highest grossing comedy of 2017 and her novel, The Bachelorette Party from St. Martin's Press, has been translated in 12 languages. Her upcoming projects include Hope, a romantic comedy to stream on Netflix, and Party Girls, a comedy for Paramount.
