Chirume is the co-founder of the mother-and-daughter design collaboration ONEOFEACH, an African luxury brand of apparel, handbags, accessories, and home decor. Under the ONEOFEACH brand, Chirume and her mother co-founded The African Academy of Fashion, which focuses on training women from underserved communities and helping them secure employment within the industry. Chirume is also the founder of the Business of Creative Entrepreneurship program, which coaches and guides creative women business owners to become global players in the market.
