As founder of Design for America, the Cooper Hewitt National Design Award-winning network of designers solving social challenges, Liz Gerber develops engaging social and digital environments that promote innovation and leadership. Hear her unique perspective on brainstorming and prototyping, and contemporary practices like crowdfunding and crowdsourcing.

Gerber’s current research focuses on understanding the work of social innovators in online and offline communities. Practically, she draws from her professional experience as a designer, social scientist, and manager.
