About this Event

Theme: Dropping In
"Dropping in" is more than just a surfing or skating maneuver – it embodies the spirit of fearlessness, adventure, and the pursuit of the extraordinary. The exhilaration felt by a surfer when they commit to dropping in on a big wave or a skateboarder dropping in on a huge vert ramp is a feeling of exhilaration of an unknown moment. What will happen next? Participants are challenged to capture the essence of dropping in through their designs, translating the exhilaration of catching a wave or dropping into a half pipe and into a visually stunning and conceptually rich artwork.
