The purpose of this annual exhibition is to acknowledge and recognize students who are committed to excellence in the whole of their Foundation Studies. As such an exemplary portfolio would speak to the breadth of Foundation Studies containing some combination of Design (2D, 3D, Color Theory) and Drawing.
Ten finalists will have their work displayed in an Exhibition and receive $100 from Ex Libris.
One finalist will be selected as the overall winner and will receive a tuition scholarship for one class for a subsequent quarter at SCAD.

Eligibility:
Any undergraduate student who has not accumulated more than 71 credit hours and has completed, or are currently enrolled in, at least one Foundation Studies course at the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Requirements:
1 - An unofficial transcript (accessible via MySCAD - see below for details.)
2 - Five original pieces of artwork completed for Foundation classes while attending SCAD.
3 - Separate inventory list saved as a PDF with an entry for each work that includes the following information:

How to get your unofficial transcript from MySCAD
For your transcript log into MySCAD and go to My Info > Award Info > My Overall Status > Student Services and Financial Aid > Student Records > Academic Transcript > Undergraduate and Unofficial Transcript.
Take a screen shot of the entire document(s). Be sure to use the Safari browser as Firefox as others do not show the entire document(s).
Once you have your transcript(s), format as one (1) multi-page PDF in the following format:
SAV_2023_FSPA_FirstnameLastname_Transcripts.pdf
